1. General Information

CrownGallery.lk is an online shopping platform specializing in fragrances and related products. By using our website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, the information you provide is accurate and complete, and you agree to comply with all website rules and applicable laws. We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these terms at any time.

2. Product Information

We make every effort to display accurate product images, descriptions, prices, and availability. However, colors may appear slightly different due to screen settings, stock availability may change rapidly, prices may change without prior notice, and we reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time.

3. Orders & Payments

Your order is considered confirmed only after you receive an order confirmation email/SMS and payment is successfully verified (if prepaid). We accept Cash on Delivery, Bank Transfer, and Credit/Debit Card payments via secure gateways. Your payment information is handled securely by third-party providers. We may cancel an order if a product becomes unavailable, payment fails, delivery areas are restricted, or suspicious/fraudulent activity is detected. You may request cancellation before the order is shipped.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We deliver islandwide in Sri Lanka through trusted courier partners. Orders typically arrive within 1–3 working days (Colombo & suburbs) or 3–7 working days (outstation). Delays may occur due to courier load, weather, or public holidays. Delivery fees are calculated at checkout.

5. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

We do not accept returns for opened, used, or tested products. Returns are only accepted if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery. You must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the item, the product must be unused, sealed, and in original condition, and you must provide photos or video proof of the issue. Approved refunds are processed via replacement product or bank transfer (3–7 days).

6. Use of Website

You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, copy product images or content without permission, or engage in fraudulent activities. Violating these terms may result in account suspension and legal action.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on CrownGallery.lk — including logos, product images, text, designs, graphics, and website structure — is the property of CrownGallery.lk and may not be used without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

CrownGallery.lk is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, loss or damage after delivery is completed, allergic reactions or sensitivity to fragrances, or errors caused by user-provided information. Use products responsibly and perform patch tests if needed.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use your information. By using our website, you consent to our data practices.

10. Third-Party Links

Some pages may contain links to external websites. We are not responsible for content on those sites, their privacy practices, or any damages from using them.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes will be resolved through Sri Lankan courts.
